WizPure™ qRT-PCR Master (UDG) is an optimised, ready-to-use solution for one-step real-time RT-PCR assays for labeled fluorescent probes. Cold-UDG and dUTP are included in the mixture to prevent the reamplification of carryover PCR products between reactions. The thermostable WizScrip™ IV RTase allows for cDNA synthesis temperatures up to 60°C. This can improve detection of more difficult targets as higher RT temperatures reduce nonspecific priming and facilitate melting of RNA secondary structures.
