The WizMag™ Plant DNA kit is designed to be used on the CLEO™ AP16 Nucleic Acid Extractor System and provides a fast and easy purification of total DNA from various plant tissues including leaves, stems, roots, etc. Purified DNA is free of enzyme inhibitors such as polysaccharides and polyphenolics, and highly suited for downstream applications such as PCR-based or enzyme-based reactions.
