    The WizDx™ STI-12 qPCR Kit is designed to detect 12 species of sexually transmitted infections using Probe-based fluorescence melting curve analysis by Real-time PCR. FMCA is a powerful tool for multiple target detection based on the melting temperature generated by thermal denaturation of the probe-target hybrid. This kit can simultaneously detect numerous organisms in one tube (13-plex, including 12 targets and one control).
